Every weekend of the camping season, we have fun themed weekends happening at the campground that the entire family will enjoy. Browse through our list of events and find out what weekend you want to be here… you might even need to come back for another weekend later in the season!
* Bingo will be held every Saturday 7:00pm unless noted, and is open to all ages
* All events/crafts will require sign up unless noted. Crafts will be $2 each unless noted

Opening Weekend- Late Easter Fun
The Easter Bunny has decided to hop back around and leave some eggs for our campers to find- We will be holding our annual Easter egg hunts- One for the kids, and one for the adults- Start your camping season with us, and enjoy one of our favorite events. Bingo 7:00

Pot Luck Gathering
Pot Luck Brunch- Bring your favorite breakfast/lunch or dessert dish to share. Rock painting -help us decorate the campground by painting rocks- We will then put them throughout the campground. Bingo 7:00

CAW Annual Yard Sale & Food Truck
Always a great turn out. Either pack up your “junk” and bring to sell, turning this into someone else’s treasure, or leave space I your vehicle to shop! This will be open to the public! Pizza Plant Food Truck will be onsite to serve lunch. The gates will “open” at 9! Bingo 7:00

*Happy Mothers Day!
Bring Mom (Or that special woman in your life) for a amazing Mother’s Day breakfast. We will be serving French Toast with fruit. Coffee/Tea/OJ will also be served. Moms eat for free, all others only $5. Don't forget your drinks, plates and utensils. Breakfast will be served in the pavilion. Benignas Winery will be here with a tasting 12-3! Free to all moms! Annual Event-Don’t feel like cooking a meal? This is the perfect event for you. We supply the chicken, and the sides. Chicken is cooked over the pit, and it’s just amazing! Sign up will be required by May 12th to ensure availability. You bring your drinks and we will supply everything else you need. Cost TBD Bingo 7:30

Memorial Day Weekend-Support the local Rescues
Bring an item to help the local shelters/rescues, (food, litter, treats, blankets etc) for a special ticket for the basket raffle - Tickets for Basket Raffle will be sold Saturday and Sunday! Saturday - Cornhole Tournament will start at 11:00. Prior sign up is required. We will meet at 10:30 at the volleyball court. Fun prizes for the winners. Scoops Ice Cream Truck, yes homemade ice cream trailer- They also will be serving root beer floats and milkshakes! Venom Institute will be here with some great critters for you to meet – Show will start at 11:30 in the front yard- Live Music –7-10 Adrenalyn is back!!! This local Rock Band from Pottsville will be playing rock covers from 70s 80s 90s and present!!! They are a crowd favorite -Bring your chairs and snacks and get ready for a fun night of music. Sunday - Horseshoe Tournament will start at 11:00. Prior sign up is required. We will meet at 10:30 at the volleyball court. Fun prizes for the winners. Who’s feeling Crafty? Kids meet us in the pavilion at 1:00 for Crafts. Bingo Time, Kids meet back in the pavilion at 2:30 for Bingo. All ages welcome (kids only), and fun prizes for all. Bingo cards $1 each. Basket Raffle Drawing in the pavilion will start at 5:00 Bingo Time- Join us back in the pavilion at 7:00 for Bingo!

Rubber Duck Race
Join us for our 4th Annual Duck Race (weather permitting) Pick a duck, and get ready to follow it from the 3rd loop all the way down to the pond! Prizes for the winning ducks, as well as the looser duck- This was so much fun year after year don’t miss this! Ducks are $2 each and all profits will be split over the season with Hegins Fire Company and local animal shelters. Bingo 7:00

Food Truck, Boat Race and Triva Night
Kids Come make a boat to float across the pond- Prizes for winners. Don’t need to cook this weekend- Saturday 951 BBQ Truck Food Truck will be here for lunch. Bingo Time TBD. Stay around for DJ Moyer will here with us for our 1st (hopefully annual) Triva Night Cost TBD

Sip and String Art- What a fun event, a I promise its easier than it looks! Just stringing Around will be here around 11:00- New boards to choose from will be posted with prices prior to the event! Great afternoon, bring your drinks snacks and friends, its really a lot of fun! Bingo 7:00

Bring that special guy in your life for a fun and delicious lunch with sausage and peppers and or burgers, with some awesome toppings and chips. Don't forget your drinks, plates and utensils. *Tye Dye Weekend & Food Truck
Always a favorite- We supply everything you need to make your masterpiece – We will be selling specialty dated CAW t-shirts or you are welcome to bring your own. Sign up is required, and CAW shirts will need to be pre ordered. We will have some sizes available the day of, but pre order to ensure your correct size. We will be assigning time slots to each who sign up! Beer Belly BBQ Food Truck will also be here! The food is amazing! Bingo 7:00

Happy 4th of July

Golf Cart Parade – Decorate your cart and parade around the campground! Bingo 7:00. Pool Will be open for a late-night swim. Saturday: Cornhole Tournament will start at 11:00. Prior sign up is required. We will meet at 10:30 at the volleyball court. Fun prizes for the winners. 1:00 Kids, meet in the pavilion for some red, white and blue crafts. 5:00 Basket Raffle Drawing. Starting at 7:00 the DJ takes the stage, well the front yard! Bring your seats and get ready for Jeff Krick Jr-(you may also know him by Elvis) – He is such a crowd pleaser, he will be sure to have you singing and dancing to all your favorites. (and rumor has it he will be singing also!)

Everyone Screams for Ice Cream
Kids Crafts, Ice Cream Social – Join us for this sweet treat! Several flavors of ice cream as well as cones, cups and all the fixings! Meet in the front yard at 2:00! Bingo 7:00. Movie Night in the front yard- Bring your blankets and chairs, we will be making smores (Movie TBD)

Xmas in July
X Mas in July -Decorate your site- Come to the office to vote. Friday Night 8:00 in the front yard we will be watching a Xmas Movie (movie TBD). Bring your blankets and chairs. Kids White Elephant Gift exchange – Bring a wrapped gift to exchange- And be ready for a lot of laughs! Meet us at 11:00 in the pavilion with your wrapped gift (1 gift per child, please stay within $15/$20 per gift) Following the exchange we will be making Xmas Crafts in the pavilion. Adults meet in the pavilion at 2:00 to exchange gifts (1 gift pp, please stay within $30/$40 per gift). 4:00 Golf Cart Parade – Decorate your cart. Join us at 6:00 for Xmas Dinner. We supply the turkey and Ham; you bring a side to share. The food is always amazing. Don't forget your drinks, plates and utensils. Bingo will start at 7:30! 9:00 in the front yard we will be watching a Xmas Movie (movie TBD). Bring your blankets and chairs.

Music, Weenies and Slushie’s
Weenie Roast & Live Music? Not much better! The Villones will be back to sing all of your favorites - We supply the weenies; you bring the sides and the fixins! We will have music playing, bring your chairs and enjoy a fun night with your fellow campers. We will have grilled and fire roasted Weenies! Come up to the front yard/Lodge. Don't forget your plates and utensils. Bouchette Winery will be here with bottle sales, a free tasting and Slushies!!! This is the first time for them with us, so lets give them a big CAW welcome! Bingo Time TBD.

*Pork Dinner and Elvis, Yes Please!
CAW Annual Pork Dinner and Luau party - Perfect day to let us do the cooking for you. Dinner will include, pork, baked potato, corn on the cob, baked beans and roll. Price/Time TBD. After this amazing meal, meet us in the front yard for a special show starting at 8:00! Elvis will be in the Campground- You asked and we listened- Elvis will be back! Come set up early!

Kids Candy Bingo! Who Loves the 80s/90s??? We do, so come join us for a awesome night with music from DJ Moyer- Get dressed in your best, and meet us in the front yard. Bingo Time TBD

Bring your best Chili to the pavilion for our Annual Chili Cookoff/Potluck dinner. Fun prizes for the best Chili (s). If you are not a Chili fan, just bring a potluck dish to share, so you don’t miss any of the fun!

Halloween is coming - Decorate your site- Come to the office to vote. Pumpkin Carving and painting in the pavilion will start at 11:00. Sign up is required to ensure a pumpkin, Price TBD. We will have a carving station as well as painting station. 4:00 Get those costumes and get your candy bags ready, it’s time to start to Trick Or Treat! Don’t forget we have both sides of the campground who will be participating.
